September has arrived, and today certainly feels like autumn is on its way! With the rain coming down, it’s the perfect excuse to stay cosy indoors — but it’s also important not to let the wetter weather stop you from keeping your body moving.

At McTimoney Chiropractic Clinic, I often see people whose backs, necks and joints can feel stiffer as the seasons change. Whether it’s from spending more time indoors, gardening while the weather allows, or simply getting back into a busy routine after summer, regular movement and looking after your posture can make a real difference.

Even on a rainy day, a gentle walk, some simple stretches or a few minutes of movement around the house can help keep your muscles and joints mobile.

If you’re feeling stiff, uncomfortable or simply not quite yourself, I’m here to help with gentle McTimoney chiropractic care.

Stay dry and take care of yourselves this September!
