As March arrives in Plymouth, the first signs of spring are beginning to appear. Daffodils are starting to bloom, the days are getting a little longer, and many of us feel ready to get outside and become more active again after the winter months.

However, this change in season can sometimes bring an increase in aches and stiffness. After a quieter winter period, activities such as gardening, walking more regularly, or tackling spring cleaning can place extra strain on muscles and joints that may not have been used as much recently.

McTimoney chiropractic care focuses on gentle, precise adjustments to help improve alignment, mobility, and overall balance within the body. By addressing small imbalances, treatment aims to support the body’s natural ability to move more comfortably and reduce tension.

As a sole practitioner working from my home clinic in Plymouth, I aim to provide a calm and personal environment where each patient receives individual care tailored to their needs.

March can be a great time to check in with your body and address any stiffness or discomfort before activity levels increase further. Looking after your posture, stretching regularly, and listening to early signs of strain can all help you stay active and comfortable as we move into the brighter months of the year. 🌿
