With June bringing longer days and warmer weather to Plymouth, many of us are spending more time gardening, walking, exercising, and enjoying outdoor activities. While increased activity is great for our health, it can sometimes lead to aches, pains, and stiffness if our bodies aren't used to the extra demands.
At Back to Normal Chiropractic Clinic in Plymouth, I often see people experiencing back pain, neck tension, and joint discomfort after gardening, DIY projects, or returning to regular exercise.
McTimoney Chiropractic uses gentle, precise adjustments to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support the body's natural balance.
A few simple tips for June:
Pace yourself during gardening and DIY tasks.
Take regular breaks and change position often.
Stay hydrated.
Stretch gently before and after activity.
If you're experiencing discomfort or would like to move more freely this summer, chiropractic care may help keep you active and comfortable.
Wishing you a healthy and enjoyable June.
